Holistic Health Research is a trusted source of public information about complementary health care research. Our role is to:
- Create and support innovative campaigns and events to educate the public on the safe and effective use of complementary and alternative health care
- Provide information about the results of research initiatives
- Link you to credible sources for additional information including health organization websites, research databases, publications and more through our website. Visit our "Resources and Links" section for more information.

Introduction to Complementary and Alternative Therapies (CAM)
Holistic Health Research has produced an introductory booklet describing various complementary therapies, explaining the philosophy behind them and providing the names of Canadian associations for further information. It also includes additional information about CAM research, as well as general CAM research-related resources and links.
